The restaurant is a beautiful bait that expresses warmness at first sight. That is very gentle to the owner Paul who welcomed me with great kindness. The kitchen is of very high level, a great path of flavors from the meal to the sweet with perfect combination of wines. Local to not lose!

La cucina &egrave; di altissimo livello, un grande percorso di sapori dall&#39;antipasto al dolce con abbinamento vini perfetto. Locale da non perdere!

Estrema attenzione ai dettagli, ambiante elegante, cibo per lo pi&ugrave; locale ma ben rivisitato e con accostamenti sorprendenti. un&#39;esperienza che vale sicuramente la pena di provare ... e riprovare!

Baita situata a fondo pista, raggiungibile comodamente anche a piedi da Sappada. L&rsquo;interno &egrave; molto curato e il personale &egrave; molto attento. C&rsquo;&egrave; stato servito un entr&eacute;e di polenta e formaggio fuso. Poi abbiamo ordinato una tartare di cervo e manzo, veramente deliziosa. Ed infine il frico con polenta, buono ma non la ricetta originale (era pi&ugrave; simile a formaggio alla piastra). Bisogna dire inoltre che il personale &egrave; molto attento anche nel consigliarti il vino.

Baita is located at the bottom of the piste, accessible also conveniently walking from Sappada. The interior is very clean and the staff is very careful. A entrance of polent and fused cheese has been served. Then we ordered a tartar of beer and bean, which was really delicious, and then the fridge with a polenta, good but not the original recipe (it was more like cheese with the plate). It is also important to say that the staff are very careful in advising you for wine.
